Mold design

Using autoform to perform formability analysis on parts, designing different types of mold structures based on the analysis process, providing technical parameters for the final product.
Casting

Melt the zinc alloy raw material, process the model into a sand mold, and then pour liquid zinc into the cavity that matches the shape and size of the part to obtain the automotive sheet metal blank.
Mold processing

By using a large gantry machining center, the back of the cast mold is milled flat to serve as the bottom surface of the mold, and then the front surface is processed to obtain the corresponding mold.
Stamping

Using CNC stamping machines for pressing and forming of car body parts. Rich experience in operations such as aluminum stamping, hot forming, and cover parts. Verified various technologies.
Laser

An organization that undergoes rough and precision machining after stamping. Mainly used: laser cutting and laser processing technology. It also involves cutting holes, cutting edges, marking, etc.
Handcraft

By manual or mechanical means, referring to check fixture and customer standards, such as single part correction, welding matching, repair analysis, appearance repair, and other requirements.
Assemblypreparation

Based on the 3D data provided by the customer for welding operations, followed by product sequencing, produce relevant position fixtures. After process and assembl into physical objects.
Assembly

Single part is welded into small SUB, then welded and assembled into a sub assy using various welding techniques such as dibond welding, argon arc welding and various precision equipment.

Product Process

Hearing

Collect requirements for product, parts, function, shape, style, quality, etc. Select any necessary materials, technologies, equipment, etc. as needed.
Design

Use 3d-cad/cam to design trial products, molds, jig, fixtures, etc. Reverse engineering may also be performed using non-contact measuring machines.
Component processing

From stamping to mechanical processing, pipe processing, laser, welding, driving all processing methods to meet customer expectations.
Assembly

Welding is the tracking of the overall automotive pars, from individual products, groups to BIW.
Inspection and testing

Conduct inspection and measurement with precision instruments. Topia never compromises on quality.
Shipment

Finished products will be shipped with detailed and accurate data, not just prototypes.

Factory Introduction

First factory

The foundation laying ceremony took place on June 27. It comprises six departments: casting, NC, metal mold, stamping, laser, and handicraft.

Second factory

The groundbreaking ceremony was held on July 18, with four departments: assembly, assembly preparation, QA, and logistic.
